Al Shola Private School Branch 1 was rated Good overall, unchanged from the previous review. Islamic Education, Social Studies, and Arabic progress in Cycle 3 improved, and personal development is strong. However, Cycle 2 attainment in English and Arabic remains Acceptable, and assessment data is not yet used effectively to guide teaching for all students. Strengths noted by the inspectors in 2025: improved quality of student achievement in Social Studies and Islamic Education in Cycle 3; strong personal development of students, especially in Cycle 3; very good student understanding of Islamic values and awareness of UAE and world cultures; effective partnership relationships with parents and the community; teachers create purposeful and engaging learning environments in both cycles; consistent internal assessment systems that enable teachers to track student achievement and progress over time.

The 2025 SPEA report recommended that the school: improve the quality of Cycle 2 students' achievement in English; raise academic attainment of Cycle 2 students in Arabic as a first language; use assessment data more effectively to influence teaching and meet all students' needs consistently; adapt the curriculum effectively to meet the needs of all student groups; develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills, and their understanding of and engagement with sustainability goals; improve teachers' planning and use of differentiation in activities to better match students' abilities in both cycles, including high and low achievers.

Between the 2023 and 2025 inspections, 6 of the 14 indicators rated in both reports improved, 0 declined and 8 kept the same rating. Improvements include Islamic Education — Progress (Secondary) from Good to Very good, Arabic (as first language) — Progress (Secondary) from Acceptable to Good, Social Studies — Attainment (Secondary) from Good to Very good.
