Kindergarten is now good under new leadership, and social studies plus Secondary English and science show good achievement, but teaching, assessment, SEN/gifted support and self-evaluation remain underdeveloped elsewhere.

The school's overall effectiveness remains acceptable, unchanged since 2022. English in the High Phase stayed good, and social studies improved to good in Middle and High phases, while most other subjects remained acceptable. Teaching, curriculum and care stayed acceptable; safeguarding improved to good, and the new governing body is beginning to strengthen leadership.
