SABIS International School - Ruwais is a SABIS curriculum school located in Al Dhanna City, within the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. The school opened in 2001 and is part of the global SABIS Network. It operates as a private, English-medium day school fully accredited by the government and international accreditation agencies.
The school is co-educational, welcoming both boys and girls from Pre-KG through Grade 12. Students aged 3+ to 18+ receive instruction following the SABIS educational system through a comprehensive international curriculum drawing from American, British, and Emirati systems.
As a member of the SABIS Network, the school implements a structured educational approach. The curriculum prepares students for standardized exams including American (AP®, SAT), British (IGCSE, AS/A Level), and U.A.E. national exams.
The campus relocated to purpose-built premises in September 2016, occupying a 60,000 square metre site within Ruwais Housing Complex. This facility is located approximately 250 kilometres west of Abu Dhabi city centre.

Attainment and progress were mostly Good, rising to Very Good in English, mathematics and science in the senior phase. Care and support were Very Good, while leadership and management were rated Good overall.
