Inspectors judged the school satisfactory overall (Band B), with improving student attainment and progress now at age-appropriate levels. Teaching quality was satisfactory in most classes but unsatisfactory in many Year 1 to 3 lessons. A new leadership team had raised morale and communication, though monitoring of teaching's impact on learning needed to be more rigorous.
